Billing, limits & upgrades

Can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are charged immediately. Downgrades apply at your next renewal. No proration in MVP.
What happens when I hit my query limit?
AI chat pauses — no overage charges, ever. Your vault and all data remain fully accessible. Buy a query pack to restore chat instantly, or upgrade your plan.
Do seat packs increase Knowledge Spaces?
No. Seat packs increase user capacity only. Knowledge Spaces are set by your plan tier. Upgrade from Starter to Pro to unlock additional Knowledge Spaces.
Is onboarding required?
No. Onboarding is optional and purchased separately. It's available during signup or later from your Vault settings. If you're comfortable with self-service setup, you don't need it.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card for all plans including Enterprise. Enterprise also supports PO and invoice if required.
When is Enterprise required?
When you need more than 500 seats, SSO/SCIM, a custom SLA, or volume ingestion beyond Pro limits. Enterprise is contract-based with 1-year and 3-year terms, and always includes guided onboarding. Private deployment is available but scoped and priced separately.
